Land's End has an extensive line of women's swimsuits designed to deal with a variety of body "problems." Their website is http://www.landsend.com/
In general, I'd suggest that, even though you CAN wear a suit without any bust support (like a tube top), don't. They tend to make you look flatter. Get something that holds up what you've got or something that is lightly gathered around the bust horizontally (outside, inside or both, but not necessarily above or below... you'd have to try those on to see what they do to your bustline)
Most of all, enjoy the pool or the beach no matter how flattering your suit is (or isn't!)
something that has ruffles or bows or sparkle on the hem at the top. halter bikinis are good and there are the ones with a built in bra that you could use.
Any sort of halter top style will make you look bigger
halter is super sexy and shows off those sexy shoulders...good luck :)

I completely know what you mean! Whenever I try on bathing suit tops, it just looks like I'm tying a bikini to a surfboard. :( Try tops with embellishments, and bandeaus are definitely not the way to go!
Triangle shaped bikini tops. Get one with a little pad in it.
If one piece, get the halter top kind that you tie at the back of your neck.
Go topless.
